Returns & Shipping

Orders are processed Monday-Friday.  Orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the following day.  Domestic shipments are sent via UPS Ground services.  International shipments are sent via USPS.  If you should need your order express shipped please email info@thesurfbazaar.com.

 

Online Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Surf Bazaar will gladly offer a store credit, exchange or refund*. Store credits can be used online only.

 

All returns must be pre-approved by Surf Bazaar. Please email info@thesurfbazaar.com to notify us of the item you are returning and the reason for your return.

 

*Returned items must ship within 5 business days of the date of receipt, in their original condition, with original tags and packaging. Surf Bazaar reserves the right to request proof of shipment date.  Surf Bazaar reserves the right to refuse a refund if the  returned merchandise is not in its original condition with all labels, packaging, and tags. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A full credit can only be issued if the package is not lost or damaged. 

 Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items.  Sale items are Final Sale

 

We do not offer price adjustments.

 

Shipping Returns

Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed once merchandise is received.  We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Shipping Information

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation. We will do our best to ship all orders received before 2pm the same day.  Once the order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.  Please be aware that orders with multiple  items may ship in several packages.

Montauk Store Return Policies

Items purchased in store at Surf Bazaar in Montauk are exchange only, within 7 days of purchase.   All items returned for exchange must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. No refunds, and no returns on swimwear, lingerie, or sale items.  Store credits can only be redeemed in the store and will not be honored through the online web store.  Store credits are good for 90 days.
